Kumasi Lapponi is an experienced senior business development and project manager professional with master proficiency in tender/proposal writing, business intelligence, strategic planning and corporate communications with over 20 years of experience. One of her major passions is focused on sustainable development, renewable energy, circular economies and advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals in the corporate, non-profit and UN sectors. 

 
Translating inspirations, ideas, and technical solutions into viable business opportunities is a challenge Kumasi enjoys immensely. Her work encompasses leading key business proposals, bid/tender management, and key account management with strategic suppliers and customers. 

She has had success in leading corporate social responsibility programs at a refining company, tender management and business analysis at a large subsea company, proposal and key account management with United Nation organizations, project management and outreach with non-profit organizations, along with many other varied experiences. 

With a bachelor's degree in international relations and a master’s degree in international business, she draws upon her academic, professional, and personal experience throughout her projects. She is well versed in helping to develop and drive sustainable initiatives with a high focus on quality.
